Our Emirates sessions are high intensity and focused sessions that are designed to sharpen up your ball work and get you football fit. Anaerobic interval work incorporating the steps, hills and Emirates surroundings interspersed with ball work exercises.

These sessions are tough and if you commit to them you get big rewards on the pitch.
