About us

London Futsal Stars are a futsal coaching club based in North London. We run a variety of different futsal and football classes and events, which can be found on our ALL CLASSES page.

Our classes cater for all abilities from beginner to academy level, for children from the age of 4 up to the age of 15.  Here at London Futsal Stars our ethos is to improve your child’s football skills via futsal training and practices and to do this in a fun and supportive environment.

What is Futsal

Futsal is an exciting fast paced 5-a-side football game derived from South America. It is used by the majority of the top academies in world football such as Liverpool, Barcelona, Ajax and Manchester city to enhance player development.

Benefits of Futsal

Futsal is played with a smaller, heavier, denser ball which doesn’t bounce as much as a conventional football. This allows children to manipulate and trap the ball more easily when learning new skills and techniques.

The smaller pitches and time constraints in the rules of futsal, improve speed of decision making as players must adapt to reduced time on the ball. Increased number of touches compared to conventional 7-a-side football is another benefit of futsal.

Why Choose London Futsal Stars

We are a FA affiliated club and our goal is to improve your child’s football skills via futsal. Our classes aim to improve players confidence and technique on the ball. Once that groundwork of ball skills and technique is mastered, players are then placed into match environments where they can make their own decisions and express themselves in games.

Our job is to give the player a wide repertoire of techniques so they feel very comfortable on the ball in match situations. In game settings we coach the player off the ball more than the player on the ball so they are in a position to support.
